After coming to the US from Japan as an adult, my childhood interest in art has remained.
Becoming familiar with a new country, being a wife and mother, kept me pretty busy. Any extra interests had to be set aside for a long time. It was not until my retirement from a real estate career that I was able to start on my dream.
My fascination and love of paintings helped me to gradually create my own unique ways of expressing the beauty of mysterious water movements and color in my paintings.
My husband, our pet, and I made our home in Wisconsin, and for the last several years have been enjoying the South in the Winter months.
Currently, I have my watercolor painting display at the Toad House in Ladysmith, Arts in Hand in Spooner, and Jan’s Gallery in Foley, AL.
It has been a very rewarding journey, and I am continuing to rely on God’s guidance for my future.
