Choral Music
The Ladysmith Community Singers have been in existence since 1970. It was known as “The Choral Arts Society of Northern Wisconsin”, changing its name to reflect the local community when Mount Senario closed.
The Singers welcome new members at any time. There are no auditions or dues. Anyone from high school age on up can join. There is one requirement—enjoy singing! Solo opportunities are available to those who would like them. There is a music fee of $10 per semester or $15 for both semesters.
Rehearsals are from 7:00-8:30 pm on Monday evenings from September through April in the Ladysmith Middle School Choir Room.
The two annual concerts are the Christmas Concert and the Spring Concert. Other concerts, caroling, and additional performance occur each year.
